"There is a Scandinavian and a German version of the legend of Nibelungs"
There are three. Scandinavian archaic version consists of several songs of the oldest versions of Eddey. In this version, Siegfried, won the Brundhilda as a wife, but the king receives a potion of forgetfulness Guiki and married his daughter, Gudrun, also helps even Gunnar, son of the King, to conquer the Brundhilda. Finally Siegfried is killed, and their Brundhilda burn herself on a pyre. The German version of the middle Ages, Siegfried, has a relationship with Brundhilda before Crimbilda to marry. Only in later version of the middle Ages, Siegfried, gets acquainted with the Brundhilda after Crimbilda.
